I called up the company that now makes dick cypek lifts they told me they would sell me a 4in lift with shocks for around 550-600. I have also been looking a the 4in skyjacker class 1 kit for about the same price or less. What would you'll recommend me going with on my 90 bornco xlt.
Dick Cypek doesn't get talked about much here, so I don't know a lot about them. Skyjacker does and they have a great rep, it's what i'm gonna buy but 6" skyjacker. What kit you buy, all depends on what you're going to be doing with the truck. The kit you're talking about, is ment for very light off roading and mostly street driving. The next step up, will give you a better ride quality and strength for hard off-road use. Also, check into the prices as they don't sound like they have the shocks included.

do yourself a favor and go the full 6 inches if you do a suspension lift, you'll only be wishing for more height later on like i am i am running a superlift and no complaints so far about it... like justin said skyjacker has an excellent reputation you can't go wrong with them. ive never even heard of dick cepek making lifts so i can't give you any opinions on them.
i have a 4 inch skyjacker and have no complaints i think it is a good product and most people here would agree i think it will be better a choice then a tire manufactor and as far as warranty goes i dont no what kind of problems that the guy above me had but after market kits are limited to warranty maybe do installation or abuse hope this helps you
