Fuel Leaking
2000 F450 7.3 diesel
Fuel leaking from relief valve on back of fuel filter.
Have opened and closed and still leaking.
Is this valve replaceable or whole fuel filter assembly??

Thanks Whitey, Thanks Izzy, Ordered part that includes new valve for 17.00. Dealership in town wanted 53.00. Great Savings.
Then I got Izzy's link, could've ordered just o-rings for 3.00. Oh Well.

You will not get the whole assembly from Pure Diesel Power. Read it again. You will only get the 2 o-rings. The picture is misleading but the text isn't.

Maybe they cost 17.00 instead of 3.00 is they are VITON 0-rings???
I will contact them about their ad if thats all i get is the0-rings.

I like one stop shopping and bought several sets of o-rings and parker sleeves from the site Izzy posted. It's quick and easy and
I recommend them.

Above find the link to how i found out about your site to purchase needed parts for my truck. Please read how your ad for the o-rings is misleading having a picture of the o-rings AND the fuel valve on your site. I was led to believe i would be getting the whole setup like the dealer offers for 53.00
The picture is misleading and needs to be changed, I could have purchased the o-rings only from another site for only 3.00.
I would appreciate the ad being changed. I will send a copy of this letter to the FTE Ford Tuck Enthusiasts forum to help any other members when they need to purchase o-rings.
My handle is Polkster on the forum and any comments or replies from you are welcomed.

I did recieve the o-rings only in the package and wrote Pure Diesel Power and let them know of misleading advertising. Maybe this will help others looking for o-rings.

Steve, just a suggestion that you may want to edit your last post before it times out and get rid of your e-mail address before the spam-bots scan this thread and start slamming your MSN account with spam.
