I've had two since I got home from my sister's house. Good thing I remembered to grab some candy. Now I can only hope that I give it all out so I am not tempted to eat it...

I'll bring the milk!!!!! I lost 55 lbs and this candy is going to put some of it back on!

Well, I gave out two bowls of candy, but the wife wouldn't come off of the rolos and take 5s so I am gonna have a little temptation in the next few days. I am off to sleep now. I got a run to do in the morning.

I didnt do too bad. I finished in the middle of the pack. 10 k in a little over 45 min. It wasn't a contest, just a fun run and I got a free T shirt.

Thats cool. 45 min isn't a bad time at all. Fun to get out there and do it no matter what.
