how cold is it? colder it gets more white smoke and longer it takes to warm up and i know with mine if its cold it feels powerless. could be glow plugs try cycling wait to start light a few times before u start or plug'er in and see if that helps.

X2! if I dont let mine cycle (usually 2mins) before starting after a cold night I have some white smoke and it feels sluggish until the engine gets at least a little warm

Just turn the key on and let them sit a while. they cycle for i thin 100 and some secs. If that doesnt help then most likely injector orings. I know my truck needs them bad. 188000 and never touched them. each year the smoke gets worse. Just my 2 cents. But if cycling gps dont work then my money is on orings

max gp on-time is 120 seconds. you dont have to cycle the key just because the wait lamp goes out.... watch the volt gauge. and white smoke on a cold diesel is normal as is sluggish throttle on any heui injector system when the oil is cold and thick.

It runs OK but still seems to be low on power comparing to other power Strokes I have had. When pulling RV it falls on it,s face at the least little hill. The only mod on the truck that I know of is a Superchip. I do have a 3" down pipe I am going to install when time permits.
