I got: Excellent woodgrain instrument cluster surround
Excellent woodgrain radio bezel w/clock cutouts
Aforementioned clock and the harness to the plug under the dash
Two windshield interior plastic pillars (mine are toast)
Four of the 87 - 93 vents (I simply like them better)
Drivers armrest (ok condition) as my truck doesn't have any, until now
Instrument cluster lens (my old one was cracked)
Got two shift boots as I was unsure of the correct one
Price paid: $10.00
And on the way out, I found a recent arrival that has a very good condition seat that is the same color/texture as the one I have. My seat is more than ratty and a piece of plywood would almost be more comfortable. Gonna be up bright and early tomorrow to get that one for $20.34.
Will be posting some pictures soon as there is mucho progress to the interior. All of the peices have been removed and been dupli-color vinyl painted. Now, next week when I'm home from work gonna replace the headliner and start to put it all back together.
I'm going this weekend.I'm gonna pick up the gauge paper(FINALLY),a new antenna and wire since mine mysteriously broke, all the radio wires including to speaker, the clock and clock harness,a dome/map light and harness, the door ajar switch for the passenger side, and maybe some instrument bezels, depending on what they're asking.I just hope I don't get heat exhaustion again.LOL.But with water and 70 degree weather,I better not.

Well,I went today.I picked up a new gauge paper,dome/map light and harness,a cargo light, and antenna.I also grabbed some new terminals from the auto parts store. All is installed, but I seem to have ran into one problem. The wire that is on the same stud of the solenoid as the positive battery terminal broke when I was tightening the bolt,so now I have lost all power to my truck. So i'm off to the junkyard again next saturday to get a new one.I swear, every time I get paid, the truck takes all of my money. It's being just like a wife.

That is a fuseable link. You can get that new at Auto Part Stores. You need to get the correct gauge for your application.
Are you talking about the Instrument Cluster printed circut? If you are, I hope you got one out of a 1980.
1980 Instrument Cluster Printed Circut is different than 1981-1986. Most notably the turn signal and Brake and fasten belt warning lights are transversed.
Printed Circut Compatibility.
Instrument Cluster Printed Circut 1980 only. Number on circut begins with E0TF.
Instrument Cluster Printed Circut: 1981-1986. Number on Circut starts with E1TF.

I actually had some eyehole connectors of the same gauge laying around. They worked just fine. The fusible link was fine,it was just the original eyehole connector was rusty and thin,so it snapped with no force.

They are not interchangeable.
I went out there, and found a truck that had the same cluster as me.So I went and took the cluster out.I went to unplug the harness from the cluster, when I noticed that the harness was close to the speedometer.I knew at that moment that they were different.I looked at the door sticker, which said it was an 82.So I told my buddy to see if he could find an 80.He found one about 3 rows up.It was the same paper as mine. It's on my truck now,and I now have gauge lights.I used my old bulbs, but some are dead,so i'll take it back apart and use the ones I got from the donor truck.I have one question though. The new gauge paper is red in color. My old one is green. There isn't one difference between the papers, except for the color. Why's that?
Whoops.Just ran into a problem. My right turn blinker is my brake warning light.LOL.The truck I got the gauge paper out of was manufactured in 7/80.So what's the deal?I got the gauge lights working however, and don't really care about the top lights, since it's pretty obvious when your turn signals are on,since you can't avoid that annoying tick.My high beam light is right though, and so is fasten seat belt.Who knows.lol.

That's the problem I was trying to tell you about.
My 1981 was built in 11/80 as reference.
You got the wrong cluster printed circut an "E1TF".
You might be able to rewire the plug to make it work correctly, but I'd try and get a correct one. "E0TF"
I would not waste my time pulling old 214 bulbs out of another truck. They get dim with time and you are better off buying new ones, or pulling them from a later model truck.
Our instrument clusters are dim enough the way it is and putting old worn out bulbs back in there isn't going to help.

Well, actually,I went out later at night, and all of them work just fine.Except the left hand turn signal.
And 81 Explorer,
I'm guessing I did get the wrong one.I really hate my truck. Not really, but finding parts for it sucks. But,I have my gauge lights, and that's all I care.Like I said, you can hear the clicking of the turn signal fuse thing,so you don't really need the turn signal lights anyway. It's just a common courtesy kind of thing in my opinion.I only have 3 idiot lights in my truck anyway.Fasten seat belt, high beams, and brake warning.Fasten seat belt and high beam work fine. It's just the right turn signal and brake warning are mis matched.I'm gonna live with it though.
Just remember when your Right Turn Signal warning Lamp burns steady, it means the truck could be having a serious brake faliure.
I would still look around for the right one during your travels to the wrecking yard.
Well Before I start to drive the truck,i'm gonna replace the entire brake system,so it shouldn't need to come on,but if it does,i'll know.
The problem with looking for a new one is that all the junkyards around here rip you off because you're taking apart the cluster.I paid 15.98 for the one I got.One junkyard quoted it at 23.78 and another at 31.23.I don't think i'll be grabbing another one anytime soon.lol.
