I got my Rize 6" Drop arm for my truck. However, I was supposed to have it installed 2 weeks ago, but the rear blocks and U-bolts were missing. I just finally received them. I scheduled my truck to go to the shop tomorrow (Thursday) morning. My dilemma is that the rear blocks don't look like they are from Rize. I don't see the Rize name anywhere on the blocks or even on the shipment box itself. I measured the blocks, and they are 5" each. Was I sent the wrongs ones? If not, are they replacement blocks or do they get added along with the factory blocks. If I do have the wrong ones, God forbid, I will need to cancel my appointment with the truck shop yet again! My description of my truck is in my signature.
With the Rize 6" Radius Arm setup we normally include the Icon Vehicle Dynamics 6" blocks and u-bolts.
Don't really like going over 6" with a normal block, and definitely don't like stacking blocks to 7" (the 5" + your 2" stock block).
So the 5" block that I received is suppose to be stacked with the factory? If it is suppose to be stacked then won't the truck be uneven? Does Rize normally do that? I know Truck Toyz does the Icon with the 6" Rize but what about Rize themselves?
I'm guessing they sent it with the intentions of you stacking it on top of your stock block. The 5" block by itself will leave the truck azz low.
7" will leave it slightly high in the rear.
6" leaves it dead level......which some people think looks azz low, others think it looks perfect.
All depends on the look you are going for.
I'd have to check and see what size block Rize themselves specs with that system and if they still include them. They show them on their site, but they also show the shocks.....which they no longer include for the price.

Is the block you got sent flat or tapered?
The blocks have the word "flat" engraved on them so I guess they are flat...I am posting pics on my gallery of the blocks as I don't know how to post them directly onto the thread
?? Don't mean to be an ***, but did you guys even read DC's posts.

I like the look DC! Level (or as close as possible) - no a$$ up or down - air bags to keep her level when loaded.
FordGuy - sounds like you need to call Rize and start out polite, but be ready to drop that if they don't sort it out - be reasonable and give them several chances to make things right. Document it all. They'll probably sort it out.... but one thing I learned from years of Customer Service.. their worst enemy is bad publicity, with you being the good guy. I'd give them 3 chances to get things right, and then make public every detail on every message board possible. That will get their attention. Harsh? Yes. But if they are the company I expect, it'll never get to that point. Those that do get to that point, IMHO, deserve to be crucified.

Missed a post, my bad. I figuered DC would say this somewhere since he's always on top of these things, but then the OP asked about stacking again after this post.... just making sure
