So its time for a DP, I've put it off long enough. Here's the question though, with my Predator, my tc wont lock until like 50mph sometimes, unless I'm really putting it to the floor, then it will lock sooner. I'm wondering if you would recommend having it lock anytime over 35mph, no matter what, or somewhere's in there. I hate to think it's just sitting in there slipping all the time. What would you do?
I would talk to Jody with your concerns. He'll tell you how his tunes are set up. You can also install a manual lock-up switch so it's definitely locked when you want it locked.
I know on mine my TC locks up at 41 mph just cruising, depending on your driving habits and tire size that seems a bit to long for the TC to shift. Like Barry(zx-250) told me, write down all the questions you want to ask Jody or Diane this way you get all the answers your looking for.
It depends what program I'm running too. In the 85 hp, it takes forever to lock, in the towing program, it's a little quicker. Still leaves a lot to be desired. I better start writing down my questions like you say and email Jody and Diane soon.

I agree with the different programs, my TC locks up different also just seems to do it around 40ish when cruising. Between the excitement of ordering and talking to Jody and Diane, i didn't want to forget anything. But if you do, they answered every e-mail i sent them, great people.
