I think they might be a little daffy. My friend ordered a tuner for his Navigator from them and it didn't work. When he called to ask what the problem could be they told him no one makes tunes for the navi. Then why did they sell him a tuner if there were no tunes for his vehicle to put on it. Supposedly they wrote some tunes for it that he could download.
I ordered a BakFlip tonneau for my father-in-law from them and it was a mess when I got it. It basically looked like it had been used or pieced together and put in the box. I ended up contacting Bak Ind. directly and they sent me a new one. That was my experience FWIW.
Got the wrong item from AutoAnything once. Corrected in no time. I wouldn't order a thing from autopartswarehouse though as it took a lot of emails (I typed in english and so did they but they interperited it in sanscrit)and 3 months to correct a minor error.
