TPMS recalibration?

I have a 2008 F-350. My light comes on if pressure drops below 63psi cold. This is to high of a pressure for my liking. Is there a way to recalibrate or defeat the system? Will the fob reset thingy in the owner's manual help with this?

I believe this has to be done with a proper scan tool. I don't believe they have an end user programmer, check with your local dealer.

The FOB will do nothing to reset the low pressure limits and it is against federal regulations for the dealer (or anyone for that matter) to alter or modify the TPMS system in anyway. Dealers have already been forewarned by Ford not to mess with the system as they could face quite substantial federal fines...
