65-66 Headliner Question
Does anyone know where I might find a pattern for the complete (4 Pieces) headliner in a 65-66. My old liner is long gone and I'm trying to get the old girl back in shape.

I couldn't find one but ended up buying a piece of 1/8 in painted pressboard from H D and measured out where i thought it should go from looking at alot of pictures and soaked it in the tub until i could bend it. I cut it a little large so i could trim it down I'm only doing a two piece and haven't had time to start the back part yet but the top turned out excellent vinyled and padded with buttons to hold it up tight, Thanks to my wife for the vinyl work. It wasn't too hard a couple in and outs fitting it but take your time get the bends in the right place you'll be fine. You could take a piece of plastic or cardboard and try to make a template, if you do this make copies people will buy them i would have.

4 piece headliner kit is available from Dennis Carpenter Reproductions, page 73 of their truck catalog. Price I show is $175. Due to it's size it must go truck freight, so if he comes to a show near you maybe you could order ahead and have them bring it.

Dennis Carpenter reproduces one of the two types that were offered, can't remember which one.
The Custom Cabs had perforated headliners, the Standard Cabs did not.
