Pitman arm problem -92 E350 - Please help!

I've just bougt an overhauled (by AC Delco) steering gear for my -92 E350 7,3IDI.

My problem started when I should move over the pitman arm from my old steering-gear to the new steering-gear. The sector shaft on the new steering gear had slightly bigger diameter (about 1mm).

My problem is that I cant use my old pitman arm, which one should I use instead?

The steering gear are bought through rockauto and as far as I can se there are two choises regarding pitmanarm; One for single rearwheel and one for dual rearwheel. Could it be possible that I need one for a dualwheel van?

I have been taking a look at the original steeringgear and both the mainhousing and the inputshaft housing have the same part# as the new oe so it will fit fysically. The only difference is the diameter on the sectorshaft. I did not check the clocking of the splines...

Part# on original steeringgear:
Mainhousing# D9AC-AA
Inputshaft housing# E4AC-3A587-AA
Inputshaftdiameter: Same as new steeringgear
Pitmanarm# E4UA-3590-AA (off an exctended E350 w/gasoline (probobly 7.5),fits on the original steering gear but are bent slightly different)
Sectorshaft diameter: ca 33,0mm bottom -> ca 30,8mm top (nut end)

Part# on new steering gear
Mainhousing# D9AC-AA
Inputshaft housing# E4AC-3A587-AA
Inputshaftdiameter: Same as original steeringgear
Sectorshaft diameter: ca 34,6mm bottom -> ca 32,5mm top (nut end)
ACDelco# 36-0817546
GM# 88991291
Pitmanarm# ??? Which do I need...
