help no power

wine i rev it up to about 2200 to3000 it starts it mis and blues wight smoke. some time win i start it it has a bad mise. i hock it to a traler and it has no power i got a 76 f-150 with a 300ci that will out pull it

Is the check engine light on?
Have it scanned anyway. It may some codes stored.
Unplug the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor on the firewall to see if it gets better. It lives right next to the HVAC box and has a small rubber hose and an electrical connector going to it. The rubber hose comes from the intake manifold.
If it runs better you might have a leak in the MAP system.

30 sec of smoke @ start up and blowing smoke at upper rpms sounds like o-rings, do a search and you will find alot of info on how to best diagnose if that is truly your problem

hay i tock the truck to a buddy shop and check the hpop pre going down the road and it lock good to me and a cam sencer code the first time a i had hock it had one but i deant thank mush about it becouse i swap it with a budys and it dient help so i jest thout jest ben replace with out having the codes cleard but it cam back?
