ok i got the factory plug which has: red-feed wired from battery white- ground blue-to trailer electric brakes green- stop lamp black- illumination
now my brake controller is a draw-tite activator for 2-4 brake systems
it has a: red- stoplight
black- battery (+) blue- brake white- ground (-)
im not exactly how a 5 wire factory plug gets hooked up to a 4 wire brake controller? can anyone please help me out? its on a 2003 f350 6.0l, i have the 4 & 7 pin tow plugs in the back and it once had a bake controller in the truck before i owned it.
