priming fuel lines

I am converting my 97 F350 to run on vegi oil (Frybrid kit). Part of the installation involves rerouting the fuel setup. Instead of the pump pulling the fuel from the tank, through the pump, then pushing it through the filter then to the engine, the pump is pulling the fuel from tank, to filter, through the pump then to the engine. (via fuel select solenoid) Anyway, now that this is done, I think i am having a problem with priming my lines. I have manually filled the filter housing, and also manually filled some of the lines, but still can't get it started, not even any exhaust smoke. So any tips on how to reprime my diesel lines?
