Probably won't do any noticeable drop to the EGTs as the CAT is where the heat is held up mostly in the exhaust system. The muffler's aren't too restrictive.

well my kitty fell off a little while back and i removed the muffler. and you can hear the turbo more pronounced. i love it. but i hear that with adding a 4" cat back it sounds even better. so if you have the money go with the catback if not just eliminate the kitty and muff and you hear results

If you have the money go with a turbo back and delete the cat and muffler. a catback is pointless to me. You can also go with a turbo back and install a delete pipe for the cat so you can swap it back in for inspection if your state requires it.
