Poss power steering pump Problem
I was wondering if my power sterring pump needed to be changed.
When I put my foot in the brake pedal my steering is difficult to turn. When i take my foot off the brake pedal its fine.
So what is the problem power steering pump or is it something else related?

Diesel I assume?
If it's not making noise, you might want to try switching to synthetic fluid first and see if it gets any better.
However, with hydroboost, you WILL get some power steering power loss when hitting the brakes. Nature of the beast, I think.
