Here's what you should try: get some deodorant that doesn't have any anti-persperant stuff in it. Also get a real loofa sponge, and when you're in the shower, scrub down your pits with the sponge without any soap (just exfoliating the area). Then apply the anti-stink only. After a week or so your body should figure out that it doesn't have to overpower your pits.

Worked for me.

Drysol. Should be able to find it OTC at drug stores, you may have to ask for it. for me, it worked progressively longer and now it works for 6-9 months between applications without having to use anything, including deodorant.

Go to the hardware store and get a big tube of clear silicone. Cut the tube open and rub it on about an eigth inch thick. Let it set and put your shirt back on. If you can't find clear silicone get some good epoxy. If that doesn't work, try what furball said.
