oasis report question

When I bought my truck I had never heard of an Oasis report (Carfax was clean). I decided to get one over on the 6.0 forums, but I'm not really sure how to interpret it - so I come to the experts. Anyone see something that is of concern?

lost oil from o=ring failior a couple times
overhead consul fell down once
replaced starter once
cam sensor once
had a fuel problem but didn't see what type of repair

last repair 6-13-06

Sounds like someone couldn't figure out how to replace the ICP sensor correctly. I don't see anything here that would keep me from buying that truck. It was in the shop Oct 03, May 04, and June 06. It looks like the Oct & May repeat visits were just from an incorrect fix the first time around. Everything listed there is an easy DIY type project if it happens again.
