just wondering guys, how much would nitrous help on my truck?
video for how much haze i have before 17* HPOP: YouTube - 7.3 powerstroke 14.06@93.8
i wish i had one for after cause i'm assuming it's slightly more due to more fuel being able to fire now...
just thinking out loud... and which nitrous system's out there are very user friendly and customizable?
thanks guys
Glass, with the stage 2 sticks, you could make good use of at least a 150 shot. I ran a 100 shot on my blue truck with S1's and I coulda used a little more. As far as what system to use, I wouldn't buy one. Get on craigslist and search nitrous in the auto parts section. There's always someone selling an old kit for carb setups on gassers. All you need for the basics is a bottle, psi gauge, hose, solinoid, WOT switch on the pedal, and an arm switch.
But after a while, I found that a bottle heater helped alot as well as a purge. But you can get the individual components alot cheaper than buying a setup for diesels. If you need more info, pm me.
