1990 F-150 stalling

1990 F-150 stalling
I have a 1990 F150 4x4 with the 5.8, it used to run fine now it idles really rough and bearly has enough power to pull it's self, and when I do get it up to speed it stalls when I get to a red light. I have recently changed the MAP sensor and coolant sensor. What else could it be? how do I check for codes? any help would be great, thanks guys.

Tps,(trottle Position Sensor)maybe,i'm Just Guessing.mine Does The Same Thing.replaced The Coolant Sensor,module,stator,coil,wires,spark Plugs,cap,hollowed My Cat,new Muffler,air Filters,cleaned My 02 An Iac.next Will Be The Tps,pulled Codes Said That The Egr An Or Sensor On Egr Was Bad.cant See An Egr Making It Run So Bad.next Step, Buy A Toyota.

My "off the top of my head" guess after reading that would be the EGR valve is stuck open a little.
That is if its not in a dire need of a tune up.....
