They are not that bad to put it. I found the in cab work took longest (electrical, mounting the pilar). I got mine from Diesel manor, they are Isspro's and I love them.
I know the boost gauge i put in went really easy, i just tapped into the MAP sensor line. I mounted my gauge in the center under the ashtray. I made a gauge panel for my gauge and some switches.
both easy to do......hardest part will be wiring IMO.....can be done in about 1.5 hrs....I am running Stewart Warner Max Performance gauges and like them
I figured the wiring would be a bit of a pain.. Not sure I want to tackle this mod myself or have a buddy who does mechanical work do it for me..
There is really not much mechanical to do....if you can drill and tap a hole you will be fine.....other that that is is just ground and power wires.....I went a bit further and wired the back lights of the gauges to the stock cluster(so the dimmer works with the gauges too)
If I was doing just a pyro guage only, I would probley mount it on the dash in the little divit. I wired my guages up to the light wiring for the climate control, so I also get the dimming as well!! But as ron said, dill and tap PRE turbo and the hard part is done. I believe it was 1/8 NPT. I got one I can send you if you don't have one.

I can drill and tap and have the tools.. Thanks for the offer...I like the idea of having the dimming though, great idea...Thanks.
