Computer Virus- Help needed

Shocking update.
I thought I was in over my head. So I called somebody who works in computers that I did some work for. He said he would look at it. I dropped it off this morning and he just called me. He had to take the hard drive out and put it in another computer to make it run. So far he has found 32 viruses. And he wasn't done. My daughter always told me she has a virus checker the school made her put on. I guess it doesn't work so good. I will report the final results back when it is done.

Well There are some viruses that disable the antivirus programs.. Maybe she had one of those..
Also tell her to avoid downloading stuff from Limewire or other sites like that.. They are notorious for giving you junk..
