It may if your stock one is shot.
However, if you have too much play when the truck isn't moving, changing the stabilizer (shock) won't do anything for that.
What exactly is the problem you're having?

sterring
When driving down hwy. the sterring seems to have some play in sterring wheel. Maybe 3/4- 1" side to side. nothing major but I notice a drift I have to follow. Thats why I was wondering about stabilizer shock. Thanks
