The fuel tank on a 80-96 f-*50 was in same place as my second if I remember right

i believe you can use a 73-79 4X4 tank for a under the bed fuel tank. but not the same years 2wd cauce the frames are i believe a 5 inch difference in width between 67-72 and the 73- when ever

This probably is factory. I had a 67 or 68 camper special right after high school that had the dual factory tanks on it.
