leveling my 94 ford
I just bought a 1994 ford f-150 4X4 and i love it except for the nose down trait of these trucks. What's the best way to remedy this. Do i need to change suspension, lift kits, take my rear tires off (haha)...any help would be appreciated!

The nose down attitude of your truck is more likely the#####end is up. This is because as the truck is loaded it brings the rear down to level. If you lower the rear to sit level when empty, when you do load it the rear bumper is going to be dragging.

All the major lift manufacturers have 2 and 2-1/2-in. lift kits. Some do it with longer coil springs, coil spring spacer pads, etc. Park your truck on a level hard-surfaced area, and take measurement to a reference point (I used the beltline on mine), front and rear. Find the difference in those measurements and that will determine the front lift you need. BEWARE...lifting your truck's front will incur a high-dollar alignment.

I have a 94 F150 2WD and I had the leveling springs installed before i put in a 4" lift. I think I paid around 400.00 for springs/shocks and installation. I didn't like the nose low look either. I very seldon loaded down the truck anyway, so that wasn't a concern to me. After the springs were installed it looked good. Well worth the cost.
