well im have a delma my ABS light is on (no speedo, and the light on the shifter is flashing ) i changed the sensor in the rear houseing nothing. Next idea
i just had the same problem youre talking about. i changed the VSS in the rear Diff. and both speed sensors on the transmission and still had the problem.
All i did to fix it was clean the battery terminals, make sure they were all snug, and tightened the ground wire coming off of the wiring harness. check all that stuff and get back.
yeah definitely check out those little things first before you start throwing money away on sensors like i did. i spent like $150.00 before a friend told me to check the ground wires going to the body under the hood. wish i talked to him before.
I can't offer any advice that you don't have already but know how you feel. The spedo & tranny lite are bad enough but I JUST HATE THE ABS LITE !
I fought with mine for days & days before I found a sensor wire rubbed in two near the left from wheel & tire. I still find myself checking it. Good look and I'm sure you'll get it fixed. Good help here on FTE. Stay with it !
