The problem was my right turn signal went out, plus the fuse number 11 would blow when I hit the brakes which also caused the shift interlock to malfunction and after checking everything and I mean everything I finally ran a new wire from the multifunction out to the rear turn signal and it works great.
Bought a new MFS and didn't help until later when even unplugging my headlights they would not turn off. Using the old MFS which I took apart to clean and try to see if the new MFS was different . What a nightmare. The lesson here is if you feel like your looking for a needle in a haystack trying to trace a short. Its saves more time and frustration to just run a new wire. Still have to finish putting things back together but I'm confident that all will be good.
