CAPS-LOCK doesn't capitalize the first letter of every word, he's just using shift.
Yeah it does. Try posting in all caps and see for yourself. The forum software recognizes it and changes all letters except for the first of each word to lower case.

Go into your USER CP its on the blue bar at the top then click edit signature I believe that is on the left. If you need to resize your picture use infranview or something like that.
About the reverse deal though. I along with plenty of other people repetively go a lot faster than 9mph in reverse while plowing snow. (or if I forget something at my house and need to go back )
