SCREW IT, MAN! I say move to Cali and hang 10; buy yourself a surfboard and be cool.
Just kidding, of course. Have faith in yourself - you'll figure it out. I was in school non-stop until I was 30, and changed careers three years after I got out! I couldn't do this job without that background and training, though, and the degree puts me above the competition.
Well, change is coming ahead! I am transferring to a school in the Twin Cities rather than ND as I need something different and the place that I live in ND has become such that I cannot stand living there anymore. So, we will see what comes next!

In case anyone is wondering I moved back down to the Twin Cities and left school for about 6 months and went back to work full time. In May of 2009 I started at the University of Phoenix in their online program to finish up my degree while working full time. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I am an A student now with is a 180 degree change from where I was at. It is amazing what a change of theater does for a person. Anticipate graduation date of May 2011. Everything always works itself out...
Someone posted a video of Mike Rowe (he's all over the discovery channel) giving a lecture on folks who are happy and content with their lives.........Very inspirational......Did you happen to catch that?
I can do a search....I forget who posted it, but it wasn't long ago. He gives a good lecture.
When I was graduating from HS in '79, I didn't want to go to school anymore. I went into the military instead. I liked it and decided to stay. 24 years later, I retired and really wanted to get my education as I had mellowed, matured and had a better idea of what I wanted to do. Along the way, I was blessed with a fantastic family and when I retired, I couldn't afford to take time off from work to attend school. My loving bride spent her life as a military spouse taking care of business while I was deployed.
I don't consider myself to be stuck or screwed over in any sense, I'm happy. Life is about choices. Clearly you have made the right choice. Stay the course, stick it out and greatness will prevail. You'll never regret it.
