I hope it gets fixed tomorrow, till then I`ll be around as much as possible.

It`s stalling out and not responding. I can only use it for a few minutes and then I have to reboot. We did a disc defrag and cleaned the history, etc.
It`s a royal pain, it started doing that this morning.

Do you have windows xp home, or pro, or vista on there?

Im guessing it needs a reformat, reinstall, freshen the operating system up.

Sometimes when a computer stalls out it can actually be overheating, are your fans nice and clean, and working?

Does it stall out and not respond after opening internet explorer? Or is it just very random and sporatic...?

Everything is fine for 5-10 minutes and then there`s no response any more...........

Hmm that is odd, could be a number of things. A virus, virus software, or anything in between.

Thought Iw ould see if it was something common and simple to diagnos though.

If I knew more about computers I could give better info and we might be able to figure it out.
Hopefully tomorrow will see it fixed and this go away.

Yeah for sure, if you cant get it figured, let me know, if worse comes to worse we find all your drivers, backup all the stuff you wanna backup, and wipe the whole comp and reinstall.

Thats the best way to fix everything so the operating system is like new again

Not sure, sometime this week i plan on going out to aberdeen with Ryan, and i dont actually have physio at all this week, so im fairly not busy.
