I just checked the wiring diagrams for a 00 and, with not knowing the color of the wires, it does seem to be the connection for the ABS.

It's an XLT. I put a tester on one with the engine on and off and there was no juice. Too bad, I could have used them to plug in some "off the chain" neon lights bro. Just kidding, I'm 20 years past that stuff.
