Question does any one have a part number on this harness I think this might be my problem,

No. Just find a chaffed wire and tape it up. No need to replace the whole thing. You might want to bend the CCV bracket back towards the middle of the engine to keep the wires farther from the valve cover. A good rule is, you should be able to stick your finger between the valve cover and the wires.

Thanks guys So when I looked closer at the wire harness only the tape was frayed so thats not my problem. So tomorrow in Auto I am going to install the other CPS and see if that fixes it.
