I'd love a set of these, they would be great to use on the young punks with the super loud stereos...Great job..

What type of pumps are you using? I have a Viair but for some reason it bleeds down from the pump so I disconnected the pump and I still have a small leak I need to isolate. I can't view your webshots pics so can you tell me what type of hoses and connections you are using.

no pump, i have a shrader hooked up and use shop air to fill the tank, it lasts about a week depending on how often i lay on them, which lately has been alot! works great on the deer at work!

the hoses are standard air line from any big rig. i have to double check the size but i do beleive its 5/16's. the connections are a combination of quick disconnects and compression fittings all designed specificaly for air brakes.

I have my tank as you know but a super slow leak and they are hard to locate. I am using barb fittings and hose clamps. I believe that is where my leak is. I guess I need better hose connections. I will look into some type of crimp like I am sure yours are.

I can fill mine to 120 and it will be 110psi 24 hours later. Then 98 another 24 hours later. VERY slow so hard to find. It will serve my purpose for airing the camper tires though.

Where did you get your schrade valve? I use quick connects right off a compressor but I need a way to fill at the station when I am away.

If you think that it is the tank that is leaking you can pressurize it and then put it in a tub of water and just find where the bubbles are comming from. And if you think that its the connections squirt some soapy water on them and look for bubbles.

the shrader came off the old air tank set-up i had, it was the 7 gallon tank from walmart. works great.... the main body is a 3/4 nut so it thread right into my new tanks and then it also has a built in over-pressure relief valve and the sharder valve all in one. i will try to get some more detailed pictures of my tank set-up. i work tomarrow and wont be home till late so it may have to wait until sunday morning
