Seat Covers?

i'm looking for a bench seat cover for my 62 f-100. The original seat is still in really good condition, so I want to get a cover for it because I'm going to be using the truck as a work truck... I was looking at the LMC covers for 59.99, but was wondering if anyone else had any experience with an economical bench seat cover. Thanks guys..

I have had a lot of experience with a lot of different seat covers over the years and most of it was not good. The economical covers are easy on the pocket book but only in the short term. Allow me to recommend Seatcovers.net. Now I don't want to sound like an advertisement for them but they make the best covers I have ever used but they are also not cheap. I have a set on my '65 and another set on my '66 and they fit great and wear like iron. I got the custom fit in the saddle blanket material and they cost a little over a hundred bucks per set. When I think of all the $39.95 sets I have burned through, I wish I had known about these guys years ago. Check it out. Steve

My fault, it's originalauto.com.

Where do you find parts for an Iso Grifo, Facel-Vega, or a Dual Ghia anywhere in the US?

Well, I guess with a user name of IsoGrifo you would be the one to know. Are you a collector or a fan?

Dual Ghia takes its name from a Chry/Ply dealer named Dual Motors (in Detroit as I recall), and the Italian coachbuilder Ghia of Italy.

Dual Motors came up with the idea, and put up the bucks, had the car built by Ghia.

I believe all the Facel Vega's and Dual Ghia's had Chrysler powertrains.

Ford later owned a chunk of Ghia, put their badges on Granada/Monarch's and Mustang II's, which degraded the Ghia name, and PO'd Ghia.
