05 6.0 surgeing?
i have a 05 6.0 long bed and the truck is surgeing. at first it was when it was cold...now it happenes all the time. while i am driving and give it some pedal it bucks a little? what gives ford is giveing me the run around because i am running out of time on the 100000 warrenty.

I had similar symptoms. I pulled my EGR and cleaned it. It was completely clogged up with black soot. This reduced the problem for me but did not make it go away. I then replaced both fuel filters and the problem is gone. I had about 25K on the old fuel filters and I could see some discoloration and it appeared to be dirty stuff covering a lot of the surface areas.

Basically it puts the forced air that has allready been through the combustion cycle back into the motor

Yea it is pretty much impossible to pull out with your hands. Turn it so you can get some wire through the holes then loop them around a pipe and just pull up on the pipe it'll pop right out.
