I dont beleive in using blocks in anything other than street-queens, unless they are small blocks(1-2in).
A few weeks ago I seen some guy with a new '08 SuperDuty with the 6.4, and he stacked 2 blocks together to get about 7-8in of lift. Probably one of the worst combinations.. a powerful diesel with stacked blocks.
