Brake Dust Covers
I purchased a set for my wife's 1998 Firebird and I will tell you that the other day when I scrubbed through the crap (brake dust) of my 1997 F-150, I wondered why I hadn't bought a set for my truck. I agree with the comment left by the other person, with the exception of saying that if you get a quality set with air inlets, they work fine. The air inlets allow air to cool the brakes, but it pushes the brake dust which usually ends up on the rims under the car instead. I put the set on my wife's car when we bought it, and at 38,000 miles I haven't seen any abnormal/premature wear. I inspect the brakes each time that I rotate the tires, typically at the 6-8k timeframe.
Good Luck,
