fluids and amounts

anyone know any good websites that list how much of the various fluids you'll need to do flushes? Like oil, tranny, etc? I'm trying to avoid calling the dealership if possible.....

2004 4.6L XLT. Auto tranny. Not sure what diffs and transfer it has in it. It is a manual 4x4 (not push button) if that helps. Would a VIN help?

oil is 6 quarts, from there im lost unless i look it up

All of that can be found in your owner's manual. I take it you don't have one?

You can download one from fordvehicles.com. I think there's a link somewhere for it...
