A lot of them didn't until recently. There's a BP in town here that I always fill up with because I noticed I got better gas mileage when I filled up there. No sooner did I figure this out then the owner tells me BP is switching to 10% Ethanol. BP was probably loosing it's *** since everyone else was diluting their fuel.

I work offshore in the diving buisness. We worked for BP for nine months after hurricane Katrina. They made us a lot of promises for gadgets and bonus's that we never recieved. So, we nicknamed them "Broken Promises's"
