Well, out of all those numbers I'm sure the only ones you want to know about are the 4L11.
The other numbers are just production dates, numbers, etc.
Normally, it would have a 4.11 for the gear ratio, but in your case you are lucky. The "L" means that it is a limited slip axle. I think those had Traction Locks or Trac-Loc as it was sometimes called.
So, to sum it up you have 4.11 gears with a Trac-Loc.
It's not a locker, but it's a whole lot better than an open diff and Trac-Locs are rebuildable if it's starting to wear out.
