I have heard of some people buying the long bed sides and shortening them to work, but I think you could find an entire used short bed cheaper, depending on where you are located, and how far you want to drive. I bought one in California for $400 that is mint, and I bought an entire Lariat short bed body and frame in Tennessee for $100 that has minimal rust. The deals are out there, you just might have to take a road trip to get them.
Dunno, I didn't bother searching till I found out what you wanted.
It's dinner time in LA LA Land, so I'll get back to you later tonight.
Ok great. On a side note you have replied to several of my question and I'm very greatful for that so I have another. Since I took the bed off yesterday I powerwashed the frame and rear end and came accross the rear end tag. It's stamped "9BD" then underneath that is "364 A" Do you know what that means??
ILL. My bed is rust free, it just has a crumbled dent right at the right taillight. The body shop thought it might be easier to replace the panel rather than fixing it.

Thank you NumberDummy
P/M sent. I found a new old stock (NOS) bed side (quarter panel).
Those rear axle ID tag codes are for the assembly plant and the build date.
There should be something else on that tag like this: WDM-A, or like this: 3L50, or 350.
stay with what you have mine has some rust. Why not just patch the area around the tail light they sell a patch for that area . Replaceing the side is alot for some damage around the tail light .
