I have a 2001 F-150 Supercrew that I need to replace the bed on and am wondering what year beds will fit this truck?

Do I have to stay with the flare side bed or are there options available?

I live in Arizona and have not been able to find a bed that isn't trashed so am also looking for suggestions where to look. It's white with the grey stripe.

Only a 2001-2003 Super Crew bed will fit.
No other model from this gen will fit since the Super Crew has a 5.5 foot bed (next shortest one is 6.5 foot).

 

Pretty much what I figured... And they are near impossible to find.

Strange, tons of Super Crews being parted out around here.
I see 1-2 a week on craigslist.

 

Let me expand the question....

I assume any 2001-2 or 3 Supercrew bed will fit any 2001-2 or 3 Supercrew then? Including a 4x4 bed onto a 4 x 2?

I also read somewhere that the side panels on these years just unbolt so you can replace the panel and not the whole bed?

Anyone know where I can read more about that option?

Yes, any '01-'03 4x4 and 4x2 Supercrew bed will swap.

The side panels of the bed are fiberglass and you can take them off and swap them if you wanted to.
Not sure on how to remove, but would not think it would be too hard.
