Rear main
from my knowledge, you can change the rear main seal while the motor is still in the truck... but my question is how hard is it, and is there any special tips or tricks you guys could inform me of.... thanks

It sure isn't any fun, but it can be done. There aren't any easy tricks that I know of. Get it started with a small drift pin. You can take the spark plugs out and have someone turn the motor over as you are pulling on it with pliers, or try to push it through with a stiff piece of wire.
