Here's a few of my '84 F-250. Originally a 351W with a C-6 automatic, it now has a built 460 with a ZF 5-speed.

Before:

After a complete frame off restoration with a New Mexico body:

Interior:
I didn't like the way the ZF shifter looked in the truck so I made my own shifter to match the stock appearance of the T-19 four speed shifter.

I've posted mine before, but it's had a few updates since. Aussie assembled '83 with a factory 351 cleveland running straight LPG.

Soon it's getting major overhaul including this thrown into the front end, which is from a Series III Jaguar XJ6. Going LOW!

Do those mirrors give improved MPG over the old ones?

I like them, are they ford or aftermarket items?

Jimmy I plan to get a set for my 85 F150 it sure couldn't hurt. I like it better than the factory set up from the 80's. They have a set on Ebay fairly reasonable both sides for 25.00 If I remember right.

Brewtl:

Jag IFS? Nice. Very popular on the older (pre Dentside) trucks.

How low are you thinking? Looks like your LPG tanks are pretty dang close to the tarmac as it is.
