86 f350 4x4 is what i just bought. Now i noticed the front end was pointing to the sky and the wheels like the rear end of a vw beetle. My local spring works not whith great confidence told me i would have to have the springs bent. Now these springs are not ones like i,ve seen before, there bent the other way. After bending she's sitting pretty straigt now. BUT theres not much clearance between the bump stop, that's what i'm worried about. Can anyone tell me what sort of clearance there should be????? Thanks...
the springs don't have to have a positive arch.
lots of trucks came through with negative arch units. lots of mid 70's g. m's had them , and i believe that 80 and up to 96 f250 and f350 had them.

My 96' F-350 came with reverse arch springs but I put an add-a-leaf on. That cured the negative arch & gave it a better ride. you can order these from about any place, I ordered mine from Summit Racing for around $150.
