2003 Explorer, will not go into park

2003 Explorer, will not go into park
I have had problems forever going from reverse to park. Typically I just push a little to the right and then it goes into park. Now no matter what I do I cant get it into park. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestion, I am very mechanically challenged. Thanks

According to Tech Service Bulletin 04-22-12, replacing the brake shift interlock (BSI) switch in the steering column will fix this.
