A/C Eliminator

Hi All:
Does anyone know if there is such a thing for a 92 F150, 5.0L that you can bolt on to take the place of the air conditioner compressor that just has a pulley on it???

I know Autozone carries them for many vehicles, they have one for the 4.9 L six. Just do a search on Autozone website under parts locator.
