I had a machine shop make me a set for the rear of a Pro-Street 77 ford truck that I built
years ago, these wheel were dished 11 inches to the inside! There are several companies that make the wheels any dish that you would want. But, they are the ones that are old school looking, "inny" style hubcap. A couple of these companies could have made me a set with the heavy duty centers, but I would have had to send them the heavy duty centers, like the wheels you painted gold that you are wanting dished (newer style).
PS, The heavy duty centers are thicker, and some are welded, some are riveted (2) and some have (3) rivets. I think the (3) rivets would be the ones you are looking for.
PSS, I have posted on several of these wheel posts if you do a search for my posts you will see where I have posted links to these companies. Also there is OP that posted a link to a Super Ford sites article to make them yourself.
Heres the link for making the wheels
