I believe it stands for Road Help Network. A network that was being attempted to be set up for the users of this sight. So you would have someone to call for help while traveling.

I kinda left it on temporary hold because some of the members were trying to get in touch with Allen to see if the old one was going to back up and running. If not I'll start thing up next week. Sorry guys!
