Dash warning lights help

Hello everyone my truck wont start i am missing the warning light cover and i have some lights lit up does anyone have a picture or drawing of this light cover. Its the cover were the wait to start light is thanks in advance.

Try ignition on...... then remove the electrical connector on the WIF sensor (water in fuel) on the filter base (single wire) see if any lights go out. Now do the same with the electrical connector on the side of the filter header that is the plugged filter sensor, it can indicate a vacuum in the filter header or possibly a bad manual lift fuel pump.

The black cap on top would be the fuel heater not applicable.

These are the only lights I can think would have any bearing on starting troubles....

"Wait to start" light implies a 7.3 truck, the 6.9 ones got a "glowplugs" light. The top of the two lights in that cover is the WTS light, the bottom one is "water in fuel" (WIF), which can both be verified by the method Pete described.
